These terms cover your use of the Shelfnote Shopify app, operated by Aikolumi Software PVT LTD.

1. The service

The App lets staff attach private, internal notes to products in a Shopify store, assign those notes to teammates, and see 30-day sales context beside them. Notes are visible only to staff signed in to your Shopify admin — they are never shown to customers or on your storefront.

2. Plans and payment

The Free plan covers up to 3 product notes. Lifetime Access removes that limit for a single $5 charge processed through Shopify Billing and billed to your Shopify account. It is a one-time charge: there is no subscription, no renewal, and no recurring fee. Lifetime Access is tied to the store that purchased it.

3. Refunds

If the App doesn't do what this page says it does, email mo@touchstage.com within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it in full.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content of the notes you store and for the staff you give access to your Shopify admin. Don't use the App to store payment card data, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal data — it isn't built for that.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the App available, but it is provided as-is, without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the App.

6. Ending it

You can uninstall the App from your Shopify admin at any time, which deletes your data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend access if the App is used in a way that breaks these terms or Shopify's own terms.
