This policy explains how Aikolumi Software PVT LTD ("we") handles information in connection with the Shelfnote Shopify app ("the App").
1. Who we are
Shelfnote is developed and operated by Aikolumi Software PVT LTD. Questions about this policy or about your data go to mo@touchstage.com.
2. What we collect
We store only what the App needs to work:
- Product notes — the note text, status, tags, and staff assignment you enter, linked to the Shopify product ID it belongs to.
- Staff list — the names, email addresses, and roles you add on the Staff assignments page, so a note can be assigned to a teammate.
- Sales summary data — order count, unit count, and revenue totals for a product over the last 30 days, read from your store's Admin API to show sales context beside a note. We store the totals only; we do not store individual orders or any customer record.
- Shop and billing information — your shop domain and whether the store is on Free or Lifetime Access, needed to enforce the plan limit and to process the one-time $5 charge through Shopify Billing.
We do not collect your customers' personal information. The App does not read customer accounts, checkout data, or storefront browsing activity.
3. How we use it
Only to operate the App: showing and saving your notes, assigning them to staff, displaying sales context, and managing your plan. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
4. Storage and retention
Data is stored on our infrastructure for as long as the App stays installed. When you
uninstall, or when Shopify sends the shop/redact webhook, we delete that
store's notes, staff list, sales data, plan record, and sessions.
5. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold for your store, or ask us to delete it, at
mo@touchstage.com. We also handle Shopify's mandatory
webhooks — customers/data_request, customers/redact, and
shop/redact — automatically whenever Shopify triggers them.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is posted on this page with a new date.
